• ;A; I can't stop walking on air, its really annoying and no one knows how to stop it, i'ce closed my client, shut my computer off and re started the game, nothing works.

  Is there a certain place that this situation happens in? Or is it in multiple places? The only reason that I ask is that I know in the Azurian Side, there's a place called Gray Snare Valley, which is a maze inside. If you try to fly over it, you will land in the air and will not be able to go any further downwards. You will have to navigate the maze. (I think there's a maze in Firean side as well and probably the same thing will happen if you fly over the maze.)
  
  The only other reason that I can think of for this situation is to be happening is that if you fly to high and then try to come back down (around the mountains), it will sometimes make you land in the air. (It's been a while since I've seen this happen, but idk if it is fixed or not.)
  
  Other than that, I'm not sure what's happening. Perhaps you can send in a 1:1, but you will have to be very specific about where this is happening.

  This sounds like a case where your mount expired while you were logged off. If yes, please right-click on the dismount icon next to the minimap. If not, please send us 1:1 inquiry with screenshots and description included.
